Have a credit, courses don't except credits when booking tee times, called to get a refund, the customer service person hung up on me after taking 15 minutes to answer the phone. Called back, second person say they don't give back refunds, company policy. So, if I can't use the credit, and they have a no refund policy, then they are pretty much stealing your $$ So, no refund no membership, I cancelled within the 30 day, which they do refund, cost them more that way instead of refunding the credit! GREAT BUSINESS MODEL!
Recommendation: Stay away book tee times directly through the courses themselves!!
