Google shared contacts for gmail does not work

I am writing for my dissatisfaction with a Google Apps, Shared contacts for Gmail, http://www.gmailsharedcontacts.com/index.html. Since free edition seems good and suit our needs after testing, so we paid€500.00 EUR for unlimited license on 20 Dec 2013 via Paypal (Paypal transaction ID: 1D211814DC295954N).

Under our situation, we have nearly 20 contact groups, some groups with more than 50 contacts, and each group share to 388 users.

Firstly, we invite the Google group (e.g. CB-Staff) to get the shared contact groups, no one can get these.
Secondly, and the most importantly, even we invite each user, many users cannot get the shared contacts after sync successfully.

I’ve created the tickets #2026 (24 Dec) and #2058 (2 Jan) to support team member Amandline via [protected]@googleappsec.zendesk.com . Even she said the program is corrected on Jan 2 14:40, but many users still cannot get the shared contacts (I’ve unshared all invited users for all groups, added and sync again!). And on Jan 13, she gave me another version of application, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/shared-contacts-for-gmail/mbfapdghdacnmfajnmikblekeoopfgll. But finally, even I follow the steps she said, the program cannot be installed properly. If I force to install it, my paid edition changes to free edition license, cannot get the contact groups to share in the interface, and even worse, the version number is v2.0 – April 2013 (it is old version number!). For this, I sent the replies on Jan 14 that the “new” version does not work. Till now, the application is still not work.

For this, I sent a complaint letter to Econsulting, [protected]@econsulting.fr, the company of this application and ask for refunds, dated 8th Jan, but I do not get any replies from Econsulting till now.

All these problems lasted for 4 weeks long, all users cannot send emails without shared contacts. We were deceived into believing that the support team could help us, but now we feel the support team fudges our issues by giving useless solutions.
Give back my €500.00 EUR.

Google defective - cannot return

I ordered four tablets as christmas gifts for my grandchildren. Once the gifts were opened, one was defective. I contacted customer support via email on 12/26/13 and did not receive a reply for 48+ hours. Then they told me to located my order number and contact them again which I did (more than once). Finally, on 1/4/14, I received an email telling me that all returns had to be made within 7 days of purchase and I could not return the item. Their return item is unacceptable when it comes th holiday gifts. I suppose I should have been less enthusiastic about the price and more thorough in reviewing their shipping and return policies. I also relied on the "Google Guarantee" which I now realize only guarantees imported merchandies to be authentic. DO NOT recommend this site to any e shoppers. Wish there was some recourse for the return

I to am having the SAME PROBLEM only they gave me the same excuse they and then they gave me the wrong manufacturers number and website for the product so that I could try and directly deal with the manufacturer. I am so upset because this tablet was also a Christmas present for my daughter and now she has been let down. I feel completely cheated. And I have bought other items on that site and now I won't ever again because they have not just let me down they let down my children. Our issues with the tablet was the chargers the tablet never recognized that it was plugged in. The tablet became nothing more than a paper weight :(

I had the same issue as you did. I bought a zeepad for one of my children for Christmas. It worked for one week and then the screen just completely froze. I contacted Nomorerack right away and asked for an exchange, not a return. I was told that I had gone past the 7 day return policy and they were sorry but there was nothing that could be done for me. I responded to say that I didn't want to return it but just exchange it as I believe I had a faulty product. Again, I was told they could not help me. This is so disappointing when the product was new, ordered as a Christmas gift and my 7 year old is just crushed. It is a complete waste of money and I definitely learned my lesson and will not buy from this website again.

Google unauthorized charges

I have a ton of unauthorized charges on my debit card for games that were supposedly free being charged on my debit card. Paying .99 cents for each game that are supposed to be free is bad enough, but then they charged me one line for 99.99 and I KNOW I didn't order anything for such a price. How in the heck do I get ahold of Google to get my money back? They "do not authorize customer support at this time". BS. If you sell a product and charge for services, then you should have customer support! What a rip off! I'm probably going to wind up having to close my account to stop the charges from coming.

I purchased 300 gems in Indian Hidden Objects and only received 75 both times. Google took the $2.99 out of my account for what they show is for 300 gem and no adds. How do I get the remaining 250 gems I paid for? If I have no way to get them credited to my account; it will be the last purchase I ever make through Google. I refuse to purchase anything from Facebook because of dishonest practices and I had hoped Google was better.

I would like to WARN anyone before you order The diet drug "Garcinia Cambogia". I was offered a trial offer fro the pills, I would just be responsible for the S/H. By me be so excited and overzealous about the possibility of weight loss, I didn't get the full understanding of all the Terms and Conditions. I also order the Slim Cleanse along with the Garcinia Cambogia under the same circumstances listed above. After 12 days I was charged full price for both products $89.99 for the Garcinia Cambogia and &76.42 for the Slim Cleanse. They than auto-shipment a fresh supply of both products at full price. I didn't receive a bottle of one of the pills and still was charged and not allowed to get a refund because 30 days had past from the auto-shipment date that it should have been send out. They have also shipped another order out to me that should come in the mail today that will be the only order that I will be able to receive a refund on IF I send it back within 30 days. I plain to be in the post office today. However I'm still out of $332.82 plus S/H. I'm asthmatic and this is more than I pay for my true medication a month.

first, call your bank to see what the charge was for and from whom... if you still don't recognize and can't find your receipt, you can dispute the charge with your bank.

I did not authorized the $24.95 to be taking out my account and would be happy if you put it back before i file charges. Stop that transaction and put it back as soon as you get this message or call me at [protected] and explain to me why you did that. PUT IT BACK, NOW !

This morning I had 2 unauthorized charges to my bank from this company. I can't imagine that it is really Google...but I am going to get to the bottom of it. They charged me two $2.99 charges, and apparently tried to charge several more but I did not have the funds in my account. This is a scam! These people need to be arrested.

Google fradulent charges

Sudden charges made on my account for GOOGLE *MIDAS GOOGLE.COM. Below is what I found out from Google Wallet support.

The charges are for purchases made from the Candy Crush game. Possibly from any King related app.

- How did they get my account information?
Purchases made via Google Play utilize a Google Wallet account.

- I never opened a Google Wallet Account.
Me either, but if you ever purchased anything from Google within the past year (Google Voice, Google Play, etc.) they seem to have automatically created a Google Wallet account linking the your credit card or bank card to it.

- I didn't purchase anything within the last year from Google.
If you made a purchase from Google previous to that last year a Google Checkout account was created for you. The bank or credit card you used for any purchase (Google Voice, Google Play, etc.) was linked to the Checkout account. Within the last year or so Google linked Google Checkout and Google Wallet.

Legal Disclaimer: All the information stated within this "complaint" is alleged and comes from my interaction with Google Wallet support. This is my interpretation of what Google support explained to me.

Please take note that illegally google midas have make auto deduction to my bank account without any permission given by me. This have been happen 4 times and the deduction are USD 1.18 = RM 4.16.. and i had already make a police report on this matter. Don't make any deduction illegally on any other BANK ACCOUNT of any person anymore. Please take ASAP action on this matters.

Google misadvertising

was looking for GE MWF refrigerator filter, shop on google sponsored links show images of legit genuine GE filters, but when you follow those links they show some 3rd party cheap replacement filters. I believe it is misadvertising.

Google cannot format, copy and paste correctly

I am a researcher. I cannot copy and paste images (pictures with icon for reports and stories) . The formatting for google Chrome seems to be in excel (using some sort of cell formatting) which when copy and paste is used from internet websites or material, does not format well at all in email word formatting. It is broken up and all over the page. How do I stop this from happening. I didn't have this problem before with Yahoo. But Yahoo was so slow and often my screen was frozen without saving work and changes.

Do you have any suggestions?

Google billing errors

Had a campaign running in adwords that ended on a certain date. Campaign was paused within adwords system, but over a month later the billing is still going for the campaign that was paused. Spoke with Google and their staff said they were willing to offer only a partial refund and leave our company stuck paying almost $20, 000 in ukrainian dollars or almost $2500 in us dollars.

They admitted that their adwords servers have experienced glitches before where problems have been experienced. However, they were not willing to provide the refund for the actual amount that was stolen from my business by Google.

I do have future campaigns that I will spend on with search marketing, but I will use other sources other than Google and choose to never advertise with the company ever again. What they did is steal from someone else and play the game with their technical back-end support to fraudulent bill someone for ads that were aired after a dated event was already ended. There wasn't even a web page active for the ads to send people to a landing page. It had a message stating that the event ended on a certain date.

Google is indeed an EVIL company. I have no doubt there are many "ghost" clicks that cause small businesses money.

Google cannot tell you much information on who is "clicking" on your ads, yet we read all the time about how much information they know about everyone.

I look forward to the day they get sued for bilking BILLIONS of dollars out of small (and large) business owners.

I went into my Google Adwords account that was set up by my assistant back in July. She had put together an Adword campaign and I assume when I went back into the account on April 5th to simply use the keyword planner may have accidentally initiated the campaign.

Two days later over $700 was billed to my credit card for a campaign for a domain that not longer exists and for a company I don't work for. There were no conversions and clearly Google can see that the domain didn't even redirect on the days the campaign ran. Simply a 404 error. Even knowing this, their Indian call center was adamant that I owed the money.

Want a scam. No notification that a campaign was started, no previous billing on the account, a campaign linked to a dead domain, and no conversions and they still want to collect. Clearly this was an error and the dirty bloodsuckers still want to collect over $700.

Google Adwords is a rip off! Signed up to help a small business with the promise of not being billed over $26 a day and not to exceed $760 a month. Then the billing started first few days were under the $26 limit then it starting exceeding the limit so the service was cancelled. As soon as it was cancelled it doubled for the last few days now Google Adwords expects a payment which is not ethical. What a bunch of cheats.
They are misleading and a fraud as far as I'm concerned.

Google is hard to fight against. Here is a letter I sent them 02/21/2018. Still no response:

Mr. Veresh,
To date we have not resolved the dispute to my bill.  I wish to resolve this matter and continue this business relationship.  Here are my complaints regarding the service my company has contracted with Google:
Note that our adwords account is a call only campaign.  We are charged when a customer clicks and calls our company so that we may offer the service.  I am the only person answering the phone calls.  I am the administrator of the online adwords account.

1)  main complaint - for example, on any given day, google says and charges for 5 clicks they say i received.  on that day i only recvd 1 call.
the 5 clicks were NOT translated into 5 calls.  How do i know that the google algorithm does not automatically generate "ghost" clicks in order to charge? 

specific day - Jan 11, 2018 google says i had 48 impressions and 6 clicks for a charge of 4311.  i received only 2 calls.
Jan 7, 2018 google says i had 29 impressions and 3 clicks for a charge of 20.14.  i received only 1 calls.

Jan 31, 2018 google says i had 60 impressions and 9 clicks for a charge of 66.08.  i received only 6 calls. (this was a good day but those extra 3 clicks i am being charged for cost me nearly $40)
This is my problem.  Google has the smartest engineers in the world and they CAN find a system that uses the customer's phone numbe and verifies that a call was made.
I believe that your algorithm charges for multiple clicks from the same device (IP address).  This is not fair to the customer paying for the click. 
2) the billing statement is intentionally vague regarding the time of click, search term used, etc.
This makes it hard for a the client paying for the click to verify it as real or a 'ghost' click generated in order to charge for it.  on a simple website paying for leads, the algorithm appears to always reach the daily budget indicated by "packing" the site with generated 'ghost' clicks in order to charge the maximum a client indicates he wants to pay.  On a small site, with a small budget, most clients just blindly pay the bill.  Multiplied by the thousands of users of adwords and adwords express, this adds up to millions each month.
I am one little business owner who will happily pay google for each call recieved. I do not want to think google generates revenues by creating ghost clicks. 

"Do no evil" is the mantra for Google.  Please review/scan/scrutinize my bills for the last two years and help me correct the overages that I paid.  Please change the ad display algorithm for campaigns that utilize the 'call only' to charge ONLY when a call is generated.

I rarely ever use the internet. When I checked my account yesterday, by phone, it was around 7:00 am, and I had $58.68. Nine other transactions were done by GOOGLE *Voice GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *Appest GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *GO Dev Tea GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *WhatsApp GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *Marten Gaj GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *Poweramp GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS, GOOGLE *Play Credi GOOGLE.COM/CHCAUS. Google fraudulent and unauthorized small incremental charges

Just like all of the complaints that I've read a couple of days ago, I noticed this UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULENT small incremental debits from my PERSONAL account on 5/24 and 5/25/13, totalling $15.00.

Immediately, I sent an ALERT to my banking institution on Memorial Day, May 27, 2013 via my online banking account. On Tuesday, May 28th, at 9:30 a.m., my banking institudion called me and sent me two forms: 1) Customer Dispute and 2: Affidavit. We immediately CANCELLED the card to STOP any more transactions. As of today, May 30, 2013, my account as been re-credited with the amounts UNAUTHORIZED out.

Also, my financial institution is NOTIFYING all of its BANKING CUSTOMERS, BOTH PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL.

This company has robbed me! I had 53 unauthorized transactions to my account equaling up to about $200.. All in one day 7/19/13 I have no idea how.. I had to cancel my card..This is ridiculous.. Does anyone know how I can get reimbursed?!

I am also a victim of this. Unfortunately, my dad handles the credit card and he didn't notify me of how often it was happening and when I looked at the credit card statements, I realized that it has been happening for months! They are noted as charges that my roommate possibly could have made, but she hasn't had a phone for a few months and I haven't had a Google phone is over 1 year. I plan on calling ASAP, but I am worried about the charges several months back.

Google has charged my credit card over 100.00 in charges that I did not approve of. My underage daughter purchased only one game with my card, and they continued to send her games that she thought was for free. This company should be shut down!

I would like to know who handles this Google.com/ch crap. I never authorized anyone to take money out of my account. I want my money back. I have always up held google to high standards. You all are thieves, which goes to say that I will never use google again. I want my money back and Google should never use my name or card again. If need be I will change my credit card number.

I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable doing business with a guy who tells people to erase evidence from their phones after they rape someone (see photos below). I'm also wary of consultants who don't understand how permanent the internet is. Below are screen shots of his twitter account, his Google+ account and tweets from people upset with his sympathies towards rapists.

Below are photos of Jon's Google+ account which shows him as both the owner of Jon Lawson Research and Consulting and the guy behind @JonLawson32 (see https://plus.google.com/109527402958302672781/about). He also previously worked for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

I hope that when you are considering hiring Jon as a consultant, that you also take into account his personal views of what to do if you rape someone (delete your stuff).

Google interference with wifi modem

I connect iPads, iPhones, iPods through a WIFI modem to the Internet. My desktop is hard wired to the WIFI. Now frequently the connection to the Internet isn't available or is dropped. When this happened I used to reset the WIFI modem and the connection to the Internet got restored. Finally I got tired of this nuisance and checked the IP to which the WIFI was connected. I was 169.254.246.206 the last six digits of the IP address changed from time to time. When I searched on the Internet who's behind this IP address which infiltrated my WIFI I found that it was no other than Google who tries to download Google Chrome to the connected hardware. Based on this knowledge I immediately removed Google Chrome from my desktop PC and since that time the IP address of my Internet provider stays on the modem and the interference with the Google IP came to an end.

Wauwatosa Pain Management Clinic is a pain clinic in the Milwaukee area that specializes in neck pain, back pain, fibromyalgia and cancer patients. Google missing money

paid for goods through Google Wallet (first time used)... supplier not received the money but the amount has been taken form my account... Contacted Google via e-mail... no help what so ever... contacted my bank they, they give me a authorisation code for them to transfer the money back to my account... Guess What! Not a thing done about it... its like hitting my head against a brick wall... Google Crap sounds so much better...

Google money taken no goods recieved

Google took money for goods, cancelled the payment, no goods received... Payment taken out of my bank, constant e-mails to have the money out back into my account... keep hitting brick walls...Google Crap should be their name... absolutely disgusted with the service provided... will never ever use them again...Will I ever get my money back

Google unnecessary interference and bossing us around

Chrome keeps asking us to update Java or Adobe or something even if the latest update isnt that hot! For example Java 6.37 or 6.39 is adequate while 7.xx is lousy! Each time the screen freezes while we choose "update" OR "allow this time"
The extension suggested by Chrome JUST DOESNT WORK AS THE COMPUTER REJECTS THE ADDITIONAL WORDS SUGGESTED BY THEM IN THE COMMAND LINE AFTER CHROME.EXE
I have used computers since 1975 (IIT Bombay grad) and like them. It is the a$%eh&**es like MS or Google who think they are too smart for words who end up j$%king you off!

I urge you to choose a different word for this option. There are a number of adequate alternatives in the expansive English language and I don't think we need another opportunity for people to press a "kill" button in this world.

I try to watch a video on CNN, Britbart or other news web site and video ads overtalk the news video I'm watched.

Also, video/audio ads that start up automatically while I'm looking at a web page.

THESE THINGS ARE MAKING THE INTERNET BROWSING USELESS!

I was installing Real Player update on my computer & low & behold Google Chrome was installed with it without my permission! It's a sneaky way to promote a faulty product. Many member of my family have had problems with Chrome & my husband has has to uninstall-I don't want a faulty product on my PC.

granted google chrome is far superior to ie but still the shockwave crashes are getting a little out of hand. we dont watch tv, we have hulu. so every night at 9 we sit down and atch a movie or a couple of shows and chill, unless we see that annoying cartoon character pop up and the screen says shockwave has crashed. (again.. and again... and again).

I changed to Chrome from Firefox 4 yesterday and youtube worked fine yesterday. Today however Youtube won't work properly in the chrome browser but will in IE browser. Is there anything I can do because I like Chrome otherwise.

my chrome browser is not functioning. when i click on chrome icon in programme menu nothing happen. i try to remove, but situation same, and when i download and it and execute to install there is nothing in it.

Can I 'fix' Google Chrome so it doesn't take over and over lay my task bar? I stopped using it months ago and I am using Firefox (which I am not thrilled with), but refuse to have the new Chrome take over my screen.

I have been dearly disappointed by...pretty much everything about this stupid website, I try to log into my account on Deviantart.com but it doesn't let me in it just keeps saying, ssl connection error, and won't let me on, yeah, nice internet, i hope this stupid browser goes out of business...

when i downloaded Google Earth i had already had Google chrome as a browser. It re-downloaded Google chrome and set it as my default browser when IE 9 had been i took me a while to figure it out but then afterward all my Google chrome apps i had added were gone.

I was charged $109.00 yesterday on my card which overdrafted my account! I am calling the bank and police! I am filing charges because there has to be an IP address for this! I will find out and prosecute!

I have been charged an authorized debit from my credit card account several times from January 2014 onwards. I never downloaded anything. I have no idea what this is and would like to know why it has been charged.This charge was almost AED 4.60. Kindly check into this matter and sort out the issue.

Just found out I have had 71 charges of .99 and 18 charges of 1.99. Those are not including pending charges that I have of 13 more .99 charges and 2 more 1.99 charges. I had to cancel my card effective immediately because it looked like there was no end in sight. This was over four days time! I can't file a complaint about the pending chargers as of yet because they are pending but that money is still already showing up as money I can not use in my account. Never ever again will I have a card attached to my phone to purchase anything!

I have been charged an authorized debit from my account and nothing I try helps me. I have tried contacting King.com no phone number. I tried contacting google.com and no customer service number and the number for headquarters is a joke. This charge was almost $50 just for playing a freaking game, unbelievable and I want my money back.
