I booked a room at this location on February 20, 2020 for the dates of February 28, 2020-March 2, 2020..We came for my daughter's cheer competition. When booked I paid the deposit of $257.27 and had a remaining balance of $497.16 that they said would be charged at checkout which was today March 2, 2020. Friday night I was alerted by my bank that the Great Wolf Lodge has charged me for more multiple charges that were coming out of $497.16, $300, and $550! I immediately went to front desk where they apologized and lady said it would be fixed.. Saturday afternoon after we got back from competition I went to check on it and the lady said there was no notes and that she'd fix it right away and money would be in by Sunday.. Sunday after competition I went to check because money was still not back in and again they apologized and said they'd fix it.. This Morning I went to check out and had the same problems I've had since we checked into this place and finally she said there was a Manager there so he came, apologized for the whole ordeal and said he'd fix it and that the money would be deposited within 6-10 business days! 6-10! Are you kidding me?! To say that this weekend was stressful is an understatement and this place made it 10x worse by charging me extra and not even compensated for Anything! Staying here was a nightmare and I will be writing a huge complaint because this should have never happened and is unacceptable! I will never stay at this location again nor will I be recommending it which is a shame because our whole team stayed here and it's not cheap! Smh
