We had solar panels installed on our roof from Green Home SystemsI paid $3400 for an inverter upgrade in August of 2024. The product was never delivered, so the install never happened. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with many team members, the goods and services that were promised under our agreement have not been provided. This is clearly a breach of our contract.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of $3400.
