The Gym company has blacklisted me for no reason. I don't know what happened but I have been blacklisted and when I ask how or why thy did that they said I had joined the gym and I have never joined any gym in my life. When i told them to remove me from the blacklist i was told i should rejoin the gym and pay for three months then they'll remove me I am worried because this has closed doors for me as I am now unable to get a job due to this thing that has happened and they never informed me about this I had to hear it from the company that was suppose to hire me but they couldn't due to this. Can I get some help on regards to this problem please Thank you
i have finished my 3 year contract with the facility in rustenburg north west but the gym is still withdrawing money without my consent thereof
When I signed up for my boyfriend they said that he has to be paying cash and my account details were just needed to fill in the paperwork but instead every month end they deduct money and my boyfriend is no longer gyming
Absolutely DIGUSTING service from Gym Company tried calling them several times went in to the gym they can’t help me
They were found on the 12th of January 2023 around 13h15 to 13h30
But they guy was given to missed placed them on the reception desk.
They telling me I must wait 4 week's for the footage hence when so much clients get the footage same day. I train at Gym company abour crossing

Instructors are not respecting the schedule , either late for class or they drag a class for long , you get there for a class which is supposedly at 17:00 and wait for 15 minutes for that class while he or she is busy with the other class like all is normal.
Why is the schedule up there if it will not be adhered to ?
I really don't appreciate you taking my money after I've canceled my membership with you. I have emailed you about my cancelation but you are not taking me seriously ,I will report you if you keep on taking my money and I want my money back
A male member forced a lady off the equipment physically. He physically assaulted the lady with no intervention from the staff

Hi I joined the gym company but I have never paid the joining fee but they are already withdrawing money from my account
I been trying to cancel my gym contract because our pub closed dowm but the keep on asking for retrencment letter. We get employed as casual workers when u work in a pub so no uif or leave pay and the place close becose its no work no money.
I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE EQUIPMENT AT THE GYM. I FEEL THAT GYM COMPANY DOESN'T ACCOMMODATE US WITH ENOUGHT EQUIPMENT. THE GYM IS FULL OF BICYCLES WHICH ARE HARDLY EVER USED. WE NEED THR FOLLOWING MACHINES BELOW ESPECIALLY FOR US WOMEN:
Hip abduction machine
inner and outer thigh machine
Rowing Machine for abs
Gym company carried on debiting my account even after my contract expired ... Service is disgusting, i just found out they have been actually stealing R50 each month ontop of the actual R199. I phoned them and they told me rubbish...
