On 5/11/26 I contacted their office for possibly using their service. I paid $14.01 for service on my son's phone and $21.26 for my phone (Cellular service). My son has an IPhone phone with an e-sim, I have a Samsung with a physical Sim. The rep (have some calls The rep somehow activated their service on my son's account without an account number or a transfer pin (he asked foe the phones EID#, is this how he did it?). They don't know how this was done, but it should not have happened. Now I have to pay for his service on the original carrier as well as paying them the $14.01. I feel they should have to refund this even though he ended up using it because my original carrier does not prorate the billing. So now I will have to pay for duplicate billings.
On my phone I paid $21.26, which was never activated because what they did on my son's phone is sketchy at the very least, if not illegal, and I don't trust them. I never received a Sim for my phone. I've called several times and asked for refunds, the last rep was very rude. I NEVER received a Sim card until today?! I'm rejecting it.
I realize this is not a lot of money, however I live on a fixed income and have to watch every dime.
I also believe this company is doing things they should not, as evidenced from my experience.
