Hair Cuttery review: Hair cut

I scheduled an appointment for 5pm September 13th at the Lebanon, PA store. I had the unpleasant experience to get Evelyn as my stylist. From the beginning she was rude. Asked me if I "really " needed my hair washed since I was the last customer and she wasn't feeling it. But charged me for it. She then numerous times tried saying that I had lice! I do not! What she was seeing were moles on my scalp. Very normal! She was halfway through the cut when she told me since my ankles were crossed she cut my hair crooked. She kept telling me how inconvenienced she was by my thick hair and really didn't want to be doing it. And then she had to ask how to layer my hair. I asked her for a simple shoulder length cut with layers and she didn't know how? How do you have people cutting hair when they don't know how to?So the other stylist came over to help and she basically sat down and played on her phone ignoring the stylist who was showing her what to do. So 2 people ended up trying to cut my hair. She then proceeded to ask me if I can afford product for my hair and tips are appreciated! Here's my tip... hire people who want to do the job! This experience was terrible and they need to be talked to. My shoulder length hair is now above my chin and uneven! Unacceptable and unprofessional! The stylist who tried to correct it was great but definitely not the first one!
