HDFC Bank deduction from account

My name is vipul Kumar pathak I have HDFC bank account in mp nagar zone 2 Bhopal madhya Pradesh they have deducted 2000 once bcz there was no money from my account and they have deducted again now I can't even put money if I will put they will deduct again please do needful I'm using this account since 5 years and I did use amount of transaction I want my 2000 back and account should be clear then I can deposit my money again

HDFC Bank fees refund

Sir, I submitting the fees process of uptet 2018 by internet banking ₹500 on the date 07/10/2018 for registration no.-[protected].Money debited but transaction not successful, transaction no.-[protected].I wait two days but fees process not completed, then I tried again 09/10/2018 completing the fees process for same registration no., now this time transaction successful, transaction no.-[protected], which is also shows on my print out.So, please refund my fees which I submit on the date 07/10/2018 by transaction no.-[protected].

HDFC Bank banking

This has been my most pathetic banking experience with HDFC bank.

I was unable to pay 2 of my loan account emis and credit card bill as I was jobless for almost 5-6 months. Everytime an executive called I told them currently I'm unable to make the payment but soon I will once I get a job. Finally after getting s job I got my salary in my account, but till then the bank had already put a hold on savings account balance. I was told that once I make the payments the hold will be removed. So I arranged some money and finally I was in a position to make the payment, so I paid the credit card bill as per last SMS recieved for immediate payment and I also made a payment towards my pending loan EMIs. Next day the cx exec tokd me the hold will be removed in 24 hrs. It's been 5 days still the hold is not removed from my account. Now the bank is asking me to clear the whole balance, only then the hold can be removed. Everytime I've called an executive has given me a new story. I'm feeling tortured by this bank. My credit card balance is lesser than my savings account balance. And they are holding the whole amount. Isn't this illegal?

HDFC Bank health insurance

I have purchased a health Suraksha Gold Plan Policy from HDFC Bank Agent Code is [protected] while selling the policy not a single terms & condition were explained to me regarding this policy and now when I submit a claim all claims are getting rejected by showing some sections.

This is like fruad done with us Agent have to explain each every section regarding policy to the customer while selling the policy.

Hope you understand my problem and please help me in getting some benefit to reduce my loss in spending money for policy.

HDFC Bank credit card

I need closure of my credit card no: [protected] . Still the officer can't take any action to closure my credit card and My home branch not supporting me to issue the credit card closure form.

Kindly sent the credit card statement details for my knowledge and I got continuous call from credit card department regarding the payment. I need to close the card.

HDFC Bank I am complaning about the language spoken to the client

to whom ever it may be concern

This is to bring to ur notification that today i had word with the hdfc officer named shrikant Who is from the loan department as i agree my emi amount was pending and it happen little delay but the person spoke with me in a very third graded language and repetaedly saying him plz take properly but that person did not mind his language and started shouted on me as he is a employee of hdfc and not purchased me.
Such kind of useless staff if the hdfc bank special the loan department is having than it would be very hard for u people to do the business
he has interfered in my personal life which u all dont have the authority to behave in such a manner
there should be a strike action against this hope u respect the client and stop such kind of unmannered behaviour with the kind
very disappointed with this behaviour
As I deal with many bank and had such a bad experience for the first time

HDFC Bank credit card

Hi My credit card was cancelled and I can see a new card on my net banking portal, but I got a message from bank saying that they are unable to dispatch my new credit card due to signature mismatch. I contacted my relationship manager and hasn't received any response from him. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care, but there's no option to speak to a representative and its only computer operated. I am getting frustrated because i've been trying to get this sorted since 3 weeks now and HDFC bank hasn't been helpful at all.
I had submitted a query form online on 5th Oct as well but no acknowledgment of that.

HDFC Bank loss of debit card

I shanti nain is the first holder of hdfc bank savings account : [protected]. I have lost the debit card no: [protected] on a m 10 oct 2018.

I tried to block this debit card through net banking but could not do it as a notation was coming that 'this service is temporarily unavailable and do it through phone banking and advised how to get the pb number"

I got the pb number [protected] and repeatedly dialed this number. However this number is not getting connected.

Then I tried the number 022 [protected] of the hdfc corporate office. This number rings but the operator does not pick it up.

I am shocked how fast the standard of the services of the hdfc bank has dereiorated at various levels.

Apparently the deep rut has set in and if urgent and drastic corrective actions are not taken, the hdfc bank will go down the drain like so many other banks.

Can I request the hdfc bank get my above debit card blocked and confirm to me. Hdfc bank shall be responsible if any transactions are made through the above debit card.

HDFC Bank opening of wrong account and wrong debit card issuance

I am kulbir kaur, one of the customer of HDFC bank of (Ghansali Branch )Reliance Corporate Park .At the time of opening the account employee confirmed me that my account is a salary account and he also conveyed me that thier won't be any annual charges of debit card pertaining to this account.But last week my account got debited with Rs.885 as annual debit card charges fee . And when I approached the hdfc bank, Icame to know that my account is not a salary account and I have been issued platinum debit card instead of normal debit card.Iwas misinterpretted regarding my account details .I want my debit card charges to be waived off as soon as possible, and want my account to be converted into salary account.Being a new customer of your branch, every employee need to be loyal regarding the terms and conditions of the products of the bank, instead of misguiding them, only to fulfill your bank targets.It is my request to branch manager to resolve this issue to take this on priority and resolve it

HDFC Bank credit card

I raised a request for Retalia credit card on 19th September 2018 .
Now it has been more than 20 days I have not received even a single update on my card.
And when I am trying to call your customer care or executive (Mr Rahul and Miss [censored]al) for the update no one picks the call or hung up the phone on my face and this has happened not once but 5 times in last week.

Can you please let me know is that the way HDFC works?
You have no sense of how to talk to your customer.
Moreover I don't need any of your card now .
Please keep that card with you only .
And I will make sure that none of my known takes any stupid service of yours.

HDFC Bank making a complaint difficult

Big corporation like HDFC bank act deliberately t make it difficult for a customer to register a complaint with them.

Ideally I would like an actual mail id so that I can have a copy of complaint mail when I escalate later.

But with HDFC Bank if you want to complaint it can be done only from within their portal. Later if you want a record of your complaint you are at their mercy.

No way you can forward this complaint to another regulatory authority.

Is there a mail id to actually register a complaint to HDFC BANK. I am not interested where they provide a way to register thru their portal only.

HDFC Bank credit card debit and phone banker deni

My self Arup khamrai my mobile no - +[protected] I am using last two years great card this time have some problem phone banker not able to solve and she saying go and make a complaint. I buy a product from Amazon last month by credit card emi then 16th of last month bill generate with one emi. Then the product has been return. But I paid that bill with one emi. So one emi already I paid ...I ask her where is that amount which one I paid(1 emi) she said that Amazon didn't cut any emi.
And 16/9/2018 IGST debit Rs31.92 why this is deduct she dont have any answer. Because previous card has been block. So i need to proper explanations. Otherwise i am going to quit a relation with HDFC.

HDFC Bank regarding not responding the bank staff even after 45 days of name change request

We are belongs Durgahomes Phase-2, Ameenpur, Sangareddy dist, Hyderabad -502032
having a current account in your reputed HDFC bank, Ameenpur, Hyderabad of IFSC code:HDFC0009147; MCIR Code:[protected].

Our society (Durgahomes phase-2)current account no is : [protected]

Recently our Colony general secretary resigned and elected a new General secretary though a meeting. We need to add our General secretary in the Cheque sign authority.
As per our By laws, Treasurer and General secretary are authorized for issuing a cheque.

At present President and treasure issuing a cheque and hence we have given a request to remove the existing colony president sign and adding the General Secretary signature. All the requested documents were given but till now general secretary name was not yet added.
Every time branch manger Mr. joshi & Ramakrishna will tell we are busy with audit and we will do in a week. but even after 45 days of request also nothing was done.
In fact bank people are depending on third guy Mr, Gyaneswar for this job.
If the bank people are not able to solve small request, why they have to run the bank. HDFC is Being a Global solution provider and reputed bank, we never expect this poor response from your branch. I request top level team to involve and solve this issue at the earliest.

HDFC Bank multiple calls of personal loan on my mobile. my mobile is registered for do not disturb.

Even after complaining multiple times still iam getting calls for personal loans and other offers from bank . I have registered for Do not disturb and also asked bank to remove my number from list. If I still be getting calls I may need to take further action against bank . I have been getting calls since a year and I have already blocked multiple numbers of bank... This is against the law to call for bank offers on numbers which is registered for Do not disturb...So be careful...

I have already told and complained customer service of HDFC to remove my number from their database as I am not interested to receive any calls from HDFC. My mobile is already registered for Do not disturb but still I am getting calls since a year now...I will be planning to take actions against it if its not going to stop as its violating data privacy.

HDFC Bank customer services

I was not aware my card was blocked due to non payment of min balance, when I tried calling customer services, one Mahesh spoke to me on 29 Sep [protected]@6:18pm

I enquired about any calls or intimation sent for card blocked, he said the process is if the card is overdue we block the card and that is the process, rather than being polite and help unblock the situation his tone was full of attitude.

I have decided to close all relationship with HDFC and have trashed the credit card and will soon close it.
I will also close all banking relationship with HDFC and thank them for wonderful customer services and preferential treatment provided

HDFC Bank frauding to normal people

Dear friends,
Im writing regarding HDFC bank cheating g peoples, I'm having HDFC salery account in Karthik Nagar branch Bangalore, ofter leaving my previous job I'm not used that account from last 1year and I don't no they are charging non maintenance balance fine to me,
I paid that fine and applied for closer my account on 12sep 2018 and still they not closed my account and they are not informing what is the problem in closing my account and I'm complained regarding this in complaint portal than also not got any info., worst experience im having in this bank.
From today onwards I'll suggest all my relatives and friends and colleagues not to open account in that nightmare bank...

Dear sir,
I'm shivashankar having HDFC Salary account in Karthik Nagar branch and I'm not used that account from past 6months and they are charging non maintenance fine and they not informed me regarding this.
I'm paid fine and applied for closing my ccount on 12th sep 2018 and still they not closed it, they are it working with seriousness in that branch..

HDFC Bank I am complaining about hdfc credit card account closure

My HDFC CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT no. [protected] which I settled on the condition of full closure in 2009 but till now it has been not closed and you showing me thru credit mantra one of your pimp to pay 33800 as for full closure why ? My credit card value was 25000 and I paid around 28000 for full settlement closure and you executives had verbally told that in future you won't get any trouble and now I can see thru your pimp CREDIT mantri after paying 850 to know that HDFC ARE WORST WITH COMMITMENT.

dhs hoshangabad account nomber [protected] exist in hdfc branch tt nagar bhopal. two payments print advice nomber c091804885028 date 18.09.18 rs 315084 and print advice nomber c091805153635 date 19.08.18 rs 19467 are paid through digital signature but both print advice payment rejected by bank kindly solve the problem and give the reason of failure payment

Hello sir/ma'am,
I have not made a single transaction through the credit card issued to me
But, when I checked the credit balance it showed statement balance as 590.
When I addressed this issue through hdfc-grievance redressal portal, I got a call after 4 days from +[protected] saying that I am being charged for not registering to smartpay service
