8 May I was pressurised by a measurer to pay £500 in advance for a blind that the measurer repeatedly assured me would meet stated spec. 10 May a fitter told me I had not been told the truth, the blind would not fit and should phone head office at 9am 11th May to recheck so as to be sure the blind would be made to spec. I did this and said during the call that was recorded that if Hillarys could not supply to spec, they must refund. 16May Hillarys said they could not. Refund requested and chased to no avail.
