Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated review: Timeshare membership

We were coerced into purchasing a timeshare that we were led to believe would bring us endless benefits and vacation opportunities but instead has turned our lives into a nightmare.

Since acquiring this timeshare, we have experienced nothing but trouble and disappointment. The promises that were made to us during the sales pitch never became a reality, and the additional fees and expenses that came with the timeshare have left us in financial hardship. Despite our efforts to contact someone with the authority to help us cancel the agreement, our concerns have been ignored. We believe that Holiday Inn Vacation Club has acted unethically and disregarded our rights as consumers. Their tactics were intentionally misleading, causing us to believe that we were receiving something of value when, in fact, we were being scammed. We are exhausted from the added stress and anxiety put on our family as we continue to bear the consequences of our decision to trust this company. We hope that others will see our complaint and avoid any contracts with them. Our desire is to be released and have no further involvement.
