I needed a smoke detector for a survey on Friday the 22nd. I ordered what I needed from Home Depot on Wednesday the 20th because it stated next day delivery. Today the 22st I received an email from Home Depot that stated my deliveries very was delayed and “ Delayed deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 days”. I contacted Home Depot to cancel the order. Home Depot refused to cancel the order and told me I would have to return the purchase. I the went to Walmart and bought what I needed. Home Depot lies, does not stand behind its sales so should be considered unreliable. Go anywhere else

Recommendation: Avoid Home Depot and Covid
