HomeTown Buffet review: unfair conduct of employee

Witnessed an employee kevin get costumers to come to his tables! There was no sign up so stating for the customer to wait " wait to be seated" I have seen him do this before. But it is not fare to the other employee that was there. Those people were maybe going to come to her table? That is stealing from a fellow coworkers chance for that tip. He needs to be talked to our else I will the next time we are in there and we do come every week. He also was over around putting hot food on the service area without any gloves on. He cleans tables off not serve food out to the public. He hangs around at the front deck with the cashier 4722 victoria instead of taking care of his tables. I think that she new he was doing an unfair thing to tell them 5 people to come to his area to be seated. This way he can take costumers from another employee. I no he knows that I was watching him. I could of made a sean, but didn't. I also seen a manager a younger man walking around eating a hamburger that he took off the hot food bar with out gloves on also when the server had walked away to get more food. As I said we are in there every week. We know a lot of the people that come there all the time and if something is not done about kevin they will be loosing a lot of costumers there.
