IHOP review: Customer service

On November 01,22 My mom Roberta Sealy came to the restaurant and placed a takeout order. Upon receiving her order and exiting your restaurant she tripped on the front entrance mat. This situation caused her to fall on the concrete sidewalk outside of IHOP restaurant on 3020 Panola Road, Lithonia GA 30038. A customer witnessed the fall and called an ambulance and the fire department. While this situation was unfolding, no manager or employees came to my mom’s aid. I responded to the restaurant a few days later to speak to the manager working at the time of the incident, Christina and she refused to speak to the family. Roberta Sealy suffered a fracture hip and five fractures in the femur area. I am asking for an incident report along with video footage of the incident.
