I flew on flight 6E 102, Mumbai – Delhi. The departure was delayed by one hour—a common occurrence for this airline. We spent that entire hour waiting inside the aircraft. During the flight, when I requested juice and tea, I was refused on the grounds that, according to airline policy, only one beverage is permitted per passenger. I have flown with dozens of airlines—including low-cost carriers—and I have never witnessed anything like this. Even after I explained that my thirst was a direct result of their flight delay, I was refused a second and a third time. I was served by flight attendants Ianvi, Paashi, and Passang. It seems they lack even the most basic understanding of courtesy toward customers. Meanwhile, I noticed that the locals were being served a second drink. Bottom line: given that they treat their passengers so abominably, I will never fly with them again.
