IntegraScan review: hady behavior

It's interesting that he uses the word "we" in reference to himself and his home-based company. The address as shown on his site is in Florida, but he is actually located in NY... just look him up on Integrascan.com :) Terry Alan sweet, birth year 1964. The Freedom of Information Act states that any company that sells personal information MUST provide an opt-out option... his email is [protected]@integrascan.com and he refuses to provide an opt-out option... sound illegal? Also, the integrascan.com address in Florida as shown on the BBB returns mail "undeliverable".
However, for now, anyone interested in filing a formal complaint against him just call go to 800helpfla.com and type away... their lawyers will be happy to start on him. Since he has claimed a Florida location, they are free to do just that. :)
