I am a resident in Ontario, CA. I order 30 Vitamins for my family in Taiwan through International checkout. Order #2981106 Upon checking out the order, I paid EXTRA for custom fee, handling, and shipping fee on 1/7/15. First, I wait one month and heard nothing from them, thus, I call them. They informed me they only have 15 vitamin, and they are waiting for more shipment to ship out the order to the complete quantity of 30. Thus, I wait another week, and they said they would only ship 15 vitamin, on 2/10/15. Finally, the order was ship. Once it got to Taiwan, it was waiting for the custom to clear. DHL Taiwan send me the custom form to fill, but in Chinese, which I can't read. Thus, I call them to assist me. They said they will, but it seems they did not act. For few weeks, I keep getting the Chinese custom form from DHL Taiwan to be fill out, and I was relying on International checkout to assist me in filling out the form. Many calls were discuss regarding the Chineses custom form. Several weeks gone by. They did not bother to help me. Finally, I got a translator to help me, and got the package out from custom. The receiver was charged $100 for penalty, with only 12 vitamin received, on 3/12/15 . The item were ordered on 1/7/15. International Checkout provide VERY VERY BAD service on my order.
