upon check-in, I was asked to look at room. when i returned to the front desk and said NO to the room,
The manager's reply was: This is what you paid for & we will bring towels tomorrow.
* NEXT morning i returned to the office and asked again for a different room.
The manager said we don't have one. I asked for towels. was told housekeeping will bring them.
I asked for housekeeping to come in the room that day.
note: no one came
* DAY 2. I return to the office to ask for new room & towels.
manager said not available due to many closed for remodel or repair.
note: still no towels.
* DAY 3. I TRY TO SHOW MANAGEMENT PICTURES OF THE ROOM.
I was told: I don't want to see your pictures ma am.
after 2 weeks now almost 3. I am sickened at how my son, and I are already forced to be here NOT ALONE the conditions we are forced to be in.
NOTE:
I went and bought cleaning supplies.
when I asked the office for some, they said we can't do that.
I have a full album of the pictures & log of daily correspondence with staff.
I have spent time everyday cleaning and scraping... yes, I said scraping literally poop & filth off the walls, floors, to used needles under the kitchen sink where I found the room phone. NOT TOUCHING IT. & everywhere else daily.
I am on day 16 while we wait for a home to come available for us.
Here is the real personal part of this:
I am physically disabled supported by GOV. disability & my son is on the spectrum.
I have emailed someone named Andrew at Shumaker; I'm told he is the external attorney.
I have called someone named Manny; I'm told is with General operations.
I have asked every manager that has been on duty here.
WE HAVE RECIEVED NO HELP FROM ANYONE ON ANY LEVEL.
I have many pictures and daily log of correspondence with the staff.
I have been advised to call the health department.
