TurboTax review: Turbotax software has serious errors that cost me thousands

I have used Turbotax for several years but this year discovered that although the software prepared 1040-ES Payment Vouchers for me for 2025, the program did not include these payments in my 2025 return! As a result, no prepayment of estimated tax was included on my 1040-SR return marked 'accepted' and filed electronically, causing me to have my return stalled at the IRS and requiring me to submit supplemental proof of these estimated tax prepayments. I still have no refund and now Turbotax is hounding me for payment of their 'services' since it cannot be taken from a refund that hasn't been issued due to their mistake. I will never use Turbotax again!
