I have been trying to get my refund from JC Penny since August, 2018 and all I have gotten is the royal runaround because they can't find the order no.. I have sent them the copy of the invoice, transaction number and tags from the merchandise Spoke with a lady (Lori Hardy) in furniture support plus every person at that 800-322-1189, which gets you nowhere. I was told to file a dispute with Synchrony Bank, did that the bank said that its JC Penny's problem but they would get back to me have heard a word as of today July 20, 2019, so I am filing a lawsuit against them for my refund. I have a stack of complaints against JC Penny and I can see why they are in financial trouble with poor service and rude clerks not counting poor merchandise.
I have been a customer of JC Penny for over 30 yrs. am appalled at the poor service.
