Hi, sy nk komplen pasal brg smpi lmbt pd penerima.. Brg smpi pd 22 hb jun, ikut kebiasaan sy sblm ni pd trikh trsbut brg akan smpi pd penerima shari slps postage dibuat dari pgirim.. Brg pos dari pgirim pd 21hb jun. So iktkn bila dh pos pd 21hb, penerima akan terima dlm 22hb, tapi kli ni lmbt sgt2, smpikn brg yg dipos blh rosak.. Kol pd hotline j&t utk buat pghtrn tp dok ckp akan push utk buat delivery tp mcm xde pape pgerakn or proses pn.. Tgk bnde yg sm je.. Bhri2 kol tya benda yg sm psl brg kat hotline mcm xde pape effect.. Jgn bg alsn kta pkerje kurg, sdgkn penerima pergi sdri nk ambil brg tp x dbnrkn.. Kononnya dh ssun utk keluar pos pd rini 24hb rini.. Tgk still sm xde lagi pgerakn.. Smpi tghri tggu xde pape pkmbgn.. So cmne?.. Bila penerima dtg sdri ambil brg bagi jalh.. Klu dh xnk htr or lmbt nk htr.. Xprlulh peram brg tu lama2.. Myusahkn orgggggg... Alsn bila penerima dtg nk amik brg ssh nk keluarkan brg sbnya esok dh nk buat delivery... Pdhl penerima tu klu nk tau dia bpglmn bpuluh taun kje dlm stor.. Jadi dia tau kdaan stor cmne... Wlupn ssh keluarkan semula brg tp tggjwb tu, cstmr still plg utama...

Outbound from transit pendang early in the morning (9am++) 21 June but only arrived at langkawi transit the next day 22 june at 6pm++ and the parcel has not moved since then. Should have proceed for the delivery since the destination is kuah only. But then still, nothing had been done except for giving away unreasonable excuses. Please do your work properly j&t. Counter service representative at J&T Express Rubber Road Kuching Sarawak on 24/6/2021 @ 1030am was really rude. I was really dissapointed by the way they explain things when asked about a late item delivery. Not only me, other customers came in asking about a packaging sizes was treated disrespectedly by them with a rude and angry voice. This is a really bad ethics for a paid service company. The delivery service is not free and yet they treat us like we owe them so much.
On hold uncontrollable situation
Did not received my parcel yet, waiting for a weeks still onhold..from 18/6 untill today 24/6 so disappointed with jnt service its too bad?

Parcel arrived kch and delivered since 19 June but till today which is 24 June haven't received it yet. It only displays 'On Hold - Out of drop points hour' and 'On Hold - Uncontrollable situation'? HELLO SO WHEN IS MY PARCEL GONNA REALLY DELIVER IT TO MY HOUSE ALREADY WAITED FOR A MONTH TO SHIP FROM SHOPEE NOW NID TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR MORE BCUZ OF U GUYS?
Delivery services rude: cdc sungai petani 301 my
Each time delivery to my family address in Sungai Petani. Item will be throw away into the house without proper hand over. There's item that already damage because of this. This dispatcher did saw my family came out to pick up. However, each time he press his motorbike horn, he throw away our parcel and went off.
This happened with the same dispatcher over and over again.
Reported to J&T Express few times but no feedback receive until today. No action taken towards the rider.
Desired outcome: I want an official feedback from j&t express

My parcel has been marked as delivered but I did not received my parcel. I think the runner had put my parcel at the wrong house.

Parcel is on hold for 3 days
My parcel has been ship on 17 of june and is currently on hold at nsn gateway. It has been 3 days and there is still no signs for delivery. It is on hold due to an uncontrollable situation. May i inquire on the problem?
No door to door deliver for huge items
good day! I have received a text notification from your system just this morning, notifying me that my parcel is to be delivered. The parcel is in COD and the seller haven't informed me how much I'm going to pay so I called the rider (Reuben Makilang) who was indicated in the notification to inquire about the payment. He provided me the information that I wanted to know. However, he also stressed out that the parcel size is huge and may contain breakable items and that he/the Branch (Baybay Leyte, Philippines) cannot do door to door delivery. Is this one of your company policy? Now, he/the branch wants me to go to the hub and pick up the parcel my self (really inconvenient). This is the 2nd time that I have been in this situation and this makes me think that, perhaps it is really your company policy. I hope you would quickly respond to this more like an inquiry rather than a complaint.

Worker or employee lying saying the item has been delivered but actually still did not sent out
[protected]- this workers said that my item has been delivered via text messaging, but actual item still did not sent out. This is showing that j&t never implied any integrity towards their staff and this also showing that the management of j&t is doing job only for profit while closing their eyes!
Desired outcome: Ask him to apologise!!!

HIGH IMPORTANT REPORT:-
Before 1 hour I getting message from driver that she waiting outside, I don't see the time I received message. I just go down and wait for her ... I call her where are you, she reply I go back ready. I ask her why you didn't call me? she reply rudely. Ergghh! I don't know why J&T Express arrange private delivery to delivery parcel ! see how they communicate with people ? No train how to communicate with customer ! such a rediculous people! this is not first time .. for me it's second time she rude! and my family also getting same issue on before..
Please take action on this, I don't want see this person again to delivery parcel for my address ! I will report to the J&T Management Team.

Delivery man send to the wrong address
It happened many times. The delivery man send to the wrong address. When the person at the wrong address called me, he/she told me that my parcel was with them. I told them why you take if it not yours but they said the delivery man just put in front of their house and go. I am so angry, if you don't know my address you can call me bro. And I have called the hq they said the will check about it. And now it happened again. I'm always worry if my seller send my parcel through j&t. Never happened to other courier like pos laju, ninja van, dhl and others.
