I paid a $5.00 refundable fee on May 19, 2026 and wasn't satisfied with their service. I noticed the small print said I signed up for their subscription, so I immediately canceled the service. On May 22nd, I was charged $38.00 ($32 for the subscription and $5 for the earlier call). I have tried to contact them, but every time I do, their robo assistant sends me to the "pay $5 for help" page, and I'm not willing to do that! What a scam! I just want me $38 back, and assurance that my subscription is actually canceled. I cannot figure out how to even talk to a real person!
