I am in Maryland. I applied to Kaiser through the state health exchange. I received my enrollment letter from the state exchange. Then a notice with an invoice from Kaiser giving me until 5/12 to pay the premium. I paid it directly to Kaiser on 5/7, through their online guest portal and received a confirmation email. This payment was lost, done how never to be recovered. The phone agents on multiple occasions responded with “allegedly” comments. I later received a notice from Kaiser stating “if” I made a payment, it would be refunded. Still nothing. I have been in and out of Kaiser for 40 years. What is happening to your integrity? FIND MY MONEY! Someone in your organization should know where this file goes and I can’t believe this is the only time this has happened. When I file fraud charges, I better not get push back from Kaiser. I have all the necessary back up but they say they shouldn’t need it?
Desired outcome: Return my payment so I can pick another health plan.
