Mr Cager was paid to represent my son Bryson Monroe. Mr Cager was paid $1750.00 in cash and $500.00 in checks. What I got was excuses. He miss the first court day in August and then the second one was set for Sept 25th. He didn't show up instead he called and had it reset for Dec. 2nd, and he did not show up for that one either. I have acquired new representation, and the last time I talked to Mr. Cager we agreed that he would refund my retaining fee, that conversation was on Dec.5. Since then he has not return any of my phone calls, text messages, or e-mails. I had to pay $75 to have all checks stopped. I have not had any funds returned to me. On Dec.5 Mr.Cager was supposed to check his files and get back with me, and I have not been able to contact him, for my funds.

he lied to me about what I was settling for and told me that I would be able to have my case sealed after 2 years. I had contacted him after the 2 years over 50 times to have it sealed and no response. So I called another lawyer to get my case sealed and he lied about that I was able to get my case sealed. I would have never settled if he didn't lie to me. He Can not be trusted. He was always 4 to 5 hours late for court also.
