Kids Foot Locker review: adidas sweatshirt, pink and black

I enter the kids footlocker in Almeda mall looked around for a while notice some Addidas on the sale table for $30 the color pink.. look around some more notice a sale rack of sweaters and shirts with a big red sign on it says sale, and prices above the signs say $9.99, 19.99 and $29.99.. I matched the Addidas shoes up with a sweat shirt on that sale rack sitting in a spot that says $19.99.. I picked up two the pink and the black .. get to the register a Latino girl by the name of Natalie who appears to be new because she seemed really confused said the sweat shirts ring up full price.. I then showed her the sale rack and the signs and prices.. that didn't help she called a guy name Albert another fat Latino guy.. I showed him the rack with all of the sale items not just sweat shirts, but t shirts also I ask well if it's not on sale why does the whole rack have a big red sale sign besides I shop there often that is the sale rack.. he said that stuff was on sale but it's no longer .. which isn't true because it's the regular price items are always on the walls or tables the only time there is a sale in kids foot locker they make the items visible on that same rack with a big red sale sign.. I then paid for the items regular price which wasn't right because I showed proof where the items were located and it was a million more of the sweat shirts so he saw I wasn't telling a tail.. I have pictures I can upload to back this story up and I am very disappointed because I spend my money there often.. And the Guy Albert does a poor job as a manager he said it's not on sale and jus walked away he was very rude about it..Managers at other stores normally explain the whole thing to u he didn't do any of that.. So I am filing a complaint and hope that corpate office read this because it's unfair to have employees like that working there.. if the items wasn't on sale at least not b so lazy and remove all of the sale signs and put them back in with regular price items.. I feel this was very unprofessional and unfair to a loyal customer that shop at kids footlocker all the time .
