On March 21, 2019 at 8:25 PM i visited the kids Foot Locker at 328 SouthPark Center Mall in Strongsville, Ohio 44136 store#1648554 and i made a purchase of 3 pairs of shoes one being a fila which i received that same day and the other two were the van yatch club which had to be ordered in store and paid to have them shipped to the store because they didn't have the sizes in store. The girl that helped me Cheyanne M helped me with the order which she was very rude and had no interest in helping me in the first place she asked for my Identification which i presented to her and she still put my order in the wrong name and everything. So i received several calls from the 1800 number asking for Anthony and saying that the order was for an Anthony so they couldn't help me nor give me any information because of that so i called the store and spoke with the store manager which she didn't help either and kept telling me that it was nothing she could do so on March 27, 2019 at 11:24am i returned to the store with the receipts for the items and talked to Cheyanne about the order the whole time she got smart, shrugging her shoulders like what you want me to do so i asked for a manager so a guy named Al Will came out saying he was the manager i explained the problem he was very rude like who called you and i don't remember nothing he kept cutting me off not letting me get a word out just very very unprofessional as a manager he didn't care at all he's saying things like i guess you have to wait and see what happen. So he check the back he like one pair of the shoes right here so what is you talking about, i then explained that i had two pair and he's like well i don't know what to tell you other than wait on the others. I've never experienced so much disrespect from a company I'm spending my money at in my life the whole experience was just bad from management to employees. Nobody even called to tell me one pair of the shoes was there if i didn't come i wouldn't have known. The only reason i didn't get a refund is because my children really wanted the shoes. I was told 5 days on the shoes and it has now been almost 9 days. I will never ever return to this location i didn't feel welcome at all. This should not be allowed and they should not treat customers like that.
