Kit19 review: Disappointing internship and exit experience at kit19, vikaspuri

Worked as an intern at KIT19, Vikaspuri and had a very disappointing experience overall.

The internship stipend was ₹14k, but after deductions and delays I received only ₹10k. During my notice period, just before salary was due, I was terminated and informed that I would receive the payment after 45 days. The money eventually came, but the whole process was handled very poorly for such a small amount.

The company talks a lot about growth, opportunities, and work culture during hiring, but my actual experience was very different. Official work timings on paper also did not match reality, as employees were often expected to stay much longer.

Management communication and transparency were weak. Simple questions regarding salary, work expectations, and exit process were often avoided instead of answered clearly and professionally.
