A life agent from Koodo contacted me in January 2026, We agreed that two sims would be sent to my wife and I. We never recieved the sims at all. I think the sims ought to be activated before comencement of billings but Koodo has started billing us even when we did not recieve the sim cards.
Every attend to contact Koodo since then have proved abortive, they send bills and threats via emails that do not accept responses. Phone numbers never gotten through.
