I called at 5:18 p.m. to let Kroger know I arrived to pick up my order. At 5:25 someone came out to tell me they were really busy and asked if I could wait 10 more minutes. It is now 20 minutes later and I am still waiting. My car has been running 25 minutes because it is 93 degrees out. There are currently 3 other cars waiting. A car that pulled in 5 minutes after I did, received their stuff. I would leave but I gave them my coupons already. So now I am stuck... it's now been 30 minutes.

Damn you sound lazy as hell. Get off your a** and walk into the store and grab ur sh** like a normal person. Or just sit in your car for an hour and [censored] about it online like a bratty, spoiled, entitled, petulant child. That works too I guess ¯_(ツ)_/¯
