Kroger review: Customer service

The HR manager at Kroger in Roanoke is abhorrent. Her attitude towards my son and myself was un excusable. My son went to this HR Manager following instructions from the Social Security Administration, because he was not understanding what this HR Manger was telling him he called me to try and get clarification. It all came down to needing a document stating he didn’t work there anymore, the reason for the initial contact was lost when I was told over and over again how ‘I told your son twice’, well ‘HR MANAGER’ sometimes those with a disability may not understand…this manager, raised her voice at me, and talked over me the whole time. I work in a professional setting so trust me, I could not yell back though I wanted to. At the very least an apology from her to my son and myself is warranted. How dare Kroger put someone with zero training and patience in a position like that. I am livid and I will pursue this, it was wrong
