Kroger review: worst pharmacy ever

I didn't complain when they were unimaginably slow, made frequent mistakes and often lacked sufficient stock. I used them because my ins. co. used them, but a recent visit has made me willing to switch to a pharmacy that is less conveinent. There was one customer ahead of me filling one Rx and 4 employees working; no customers at drive through (I watched carefully & no emp. went near the window). There was one other customer behind me and customer at counter, but that customer gave up & left. My prescriptions were ready the night before. They provided no apology or explanation, even after I spoke to the pharmacist and the tech. They were not due to close for hours. I waited more than 20 minutes!
