La Quinta Inns & Suites review: over charging, only paid half of credit charge

Husband and coworker split the cost of a 3 night stay at Laquinta Inn & Suites Corpus Christi South. Coworker paid $109.02 on his card ending in 9851, my husband said up front that he was paying cash for his half. My card was also charged the exact same amount for the entire stay and said it would be refunded in 7 to 14 days. Wyndham Rewards# 146354426C, Act# 124-653567, Confirmation#89201EC004550. ARRIVAL 5/31/2019. Have only received half of refund of the $218.04 as of 7/23/19 charged to my card. Hotel won't answer the phone. Disputed the charges to my bank, hotel refused even though I have a detailed receipt showing the double payment, have proof of email sent from hotel saved of detailed receipt. If this is not resolved immediately I will be reporting the Laquinta Inn to the Better Business Bureau and contacting the news stations in Corpus Christi along with the ones here in Houston, TX.
