La Quinta Inns & Suites review: checking in/reservations

I am a nurse who regularly stays at the LaQuinta in crescent commons Cary NC. I work 6/16 he days weekly and decided to come n spend an overnight with my husband. I made reservations and was never informed that I couldn't check in until 3pm. This is ridiculous! If check out is at 11...are you trying to tell me NO ROOMS are available n finished being cleaned in 1 1/2 hrs! I have been up since 5 am yesterday and was looking forward to some well deserved rest. Instead I am extremely frustrated! The lady at the front desk is not very polite or accommodating. I think this is very unfair as I don't have this problem at any other LaQuinta I have ever stayed in which has been many.
I would appreciate hearing a reply!
