my elderly parents purchased dining set March 30 2021, we put the set together and 2 of the chairs are damaged, we call ed customer services right away and i sent a video and photos as requested, my parents just want the 2 chairs replaced but this has become such a [censored] process, everytime i call the store to speak with customer services the terrible woman who answers the phone that answers hangs up on me, i have not given them any cause to do so, as i write this i sit on hold for customer services and have been for 1 hour and 45 mins, this is interrupting my day at the office and my parents are now stressed to the limits. i can not understand why this is happening and will not be tolerating this any longer. I will be going to the store that this was purchased from and believe me when i tell you voices will be raised. I can not believe that this is the way you treat people.
Desired outcome: an apology first off, and the replacement of the damaged chairs, just asking we get what we paid for.
