Good day. I would like to share my experience with your staff named RODERICK DISONGLO of LBC CAPINPIN ST, Biñan Laguna.
Incident happened this morning, October 1, around past 10am.
I was about to claim my purchase, and as part of requirement is to present an ID. I presented my TIN ID, my attention was called by RODERICK and said with sarcastic tone "wala na ba kayong IBANG ID, hindi ho kami tumatanggap ng TIN ID, at saka iba na ho mukha nyo dto ID NYO., I told him, kasi yang ID ko nyan e, simula ng nag work ako yan na ang TIN ko syempre luma na picture.
He answered again with the same tone of of sarcastic way, E hindi ho nga kmi natanggap ng TIN ID. So answered back again and told him, e D Sana nagpost kayo dyan ng list ng ID pag nag claim. Saka bakit ganyan ka, galit k agad, e d ba customer mo kami bkit galit ka. Saka hindi ko naman alam na d pala pde ang Tin.
He answered again, hindi ko ako galit kayo nga ang high blood e. Saka alam ko ho na customer kayo, kaya nga ho depende s customer.
I told him, bakit ako mahighblood e pinipilit mo na d pde TIN ID, saka ikaw ang nanggiil e. Meron ako dto picture ng SSS I'd ko, so I showed my sss Id, he told me, huwag mong iduldol sa akin ang Id nyo, , I told hi. Hindi ko dinuduldol ang Id pinapa kita ko syo, kung yan ay dinuldol kos syo e baka matamaan ang mukha mo.
He answered again, e sinisira nyo ang plastic namin kaduldol nyo ng Id nyo e.
If you will notice our conversation never stop. When I answered he answered back. You have cctv in your branch right? kindly review it check if dinuldol ko s mukha nya yung ID ko.
Is this the right customer service attitude?
Mam/Sir I am 57years old retired employee with previous position of Director of Operations, previous HR supervisor, with broad knowledge on customer service training. Is this the way LBC staff are trained?
I am willing to conduct customer service training with you for FREE, for you to avoid this kind of incident.
I hope you will take action, investigation and feedback on this.

[protected]- Jewelry parcel was tracked as would be delivered on the 28th of September, 2021 but LBC failed to deliver. It was then tagged as "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels." When I called, they told me the delivery rider tagged it as 'Unknown Consignee'. I waited all day, no one came and no one called, nor texted me, so it's impossible that this guy didn't find my house. I also had numerous parcels delivered to the same address and this is the first time that LBC failed to deliver. Come next day, still no answer whether my parcel will be delivered or not. Now it's already the 30th and I just remembered I have another parcel but it was a COD ([protected]), it was pretty much the same that there's no movement from the Lipa warehouse so I strongly believe that something is wrong with their dispatch team. I called numerous times on their hotline, asking if I can get the delivery rider's name and contact number but they told me they have no access to it. I asked if they can tell me if there's really an active dispatch team in the area but still the same, "they have no access to it". I asked if they could see real time where the parcels are, they said it should be in the warehouse, but I am worried since there's no assurance that it is really there. Now I won't be home for a couple of days so if in case they will deliver it tomorrow, nobody will receive, and it'll be another waiting game for me, or worse, it will be back to its origin.

Open big box upon arrival and 2 small boxes of facemasks inside are gone
1 of 36 boxes that arrived in my office Sep 27, 2021 at 1355 hours with tracking # [protected] was already open and 2 boxes of Facemasks are gone. Mr. Jeffrey Paguidopon, Coordinator of Air Freight Operations sent emails, but after I complained, informing the said problem to other departments in LBC. The latter said it is the "Distributions Dep't" under Mr. John Luang, who should have reports after they received stuffs from RORO NBQ5637. Mr. John also said it was someone else, someone else whose mother was infected with covid, and might undergo quarantine. Already had talked with Mr. Paul, Mr.Ali, Mr. Jeffrey, Mr. John..I dont know anymore..I would rather visit your office to formally file complaints/charges.
Desired outcome: 1.Location where the box was opened be found.2.Missing items be returned.3.boxes in the future be taped securely.
Complain against Alissandro Delgado
I would like to complain against the agent I talked to today at in your branch in Candelaria, Quezon. He is Alessandro Delgado and gave a very unfair treatment earlier. I came inside the branch and then followed by another lady. But instead of assisting me, she first attended to the other lady who came after me just because he knew her. And I waited for for another 15mins even though he knew I came first before the girl he was assisting. The girl even said, "Ay nauna si Ate." But still he assisted the other lady first. I told him before I leave that next time treat people fairly in the branch. He did not even apologize. It was frustrating and very unfair.
Desired outcome: Train your agents when it comes to being fair and excellent customer service.
Delivery rider (the actual driver of van)
Not only is this rider today in Lipa City, Batangas not very pleasant, if not rude, he also might have taken your services and reputation centuries back. He not only did not attempt to deliver door to door (which is specifically indicated in the box) he told me their vehicle will not fit in our street so I had to go to the highway (BTW, I saw their vehicle and it will fit in our street jeez), he also commented when he asked where am I that "ah kayo yung mataba, kita ko na kayo!" Who gave your riders the right to comment about a person's weight or appearance? Does he know what I am going through with this? I was the only person there and instead could have asked if I'm wearing this color or whatnot. This is all wrong and I will not let this pass. Seriously. As much as I respect delivery riders (and many who had serviced us are very well mannered), no one has the right to make someone feel degraded or uncomfortable. He never even spoke to me personally because it's the other person with him who crossed the street and hand in my package. I will wait until someone contact me thru email maryasera. g. Delivery of my parcel
My parcel was returned to the shipper. The delivery guy did not respond on my messages during the delivery schedule for my instructions because lbc delivered it during may day off. The shipper is not responding anymore. I already paid for the parcel, if LBC will return the parcel, i will have no chance of claiming my paid parcel.

I checked my tracking no. It says received in the internal mail- Pending. Now its sept 26 and its still there. I dont know why it taking so long at their hub. They say within metro manila will take only 1-2days. Its been almost a week now. I paid the returning fee and keeps updating lbc kapasigan branch, they just said, for retrieval already but in the tracking its still pending.
My business keep delaying because of this.I'm very disappointed with your service.
Please do something about this and take immediate action.

LBC, napaka nyo mag deliver lagi nyo binabalik sa central hub kasi tama naman ung address sasabihin nyo hindi makita.. Napaka tamad lang talaga mag deliver ng mga tao nyo.. Mga feeling entitled..

Compalin ko lang yung LBC Hinigaran Branch here in Negros Occ. I went to that branch Tuesday to get my COP refund one of the staff said they are offline since Saturday and said try ko daw sa Binalbagan Branch which 30mins travel. So I said thank you at sabay labas ..
Bumalik ako by Saturday sa kanilang branch same reason pa din ang binigay nila sa'kin and the male staff suggested na try ko daw sa Bacolod branch which is 1½ hours yung travel. Di porket na hindi sa kanila ako nag send ng parcel eh hindi na nila tatanggap ng COP/COD refund.

Door to door boxes
I've been sending my door to door boxes for more than 5 years with u guys. I'm very satisfied with the service. For the 1st time, my box was opened & many things were missing( cereal, 6 Russell boxes of chocolate, 4 body mist, coffee &etc.)Tracking number #[protected] received by Cristina Santos 398 Blk12-1 5th St. City Center Phase 2 Pandan Angeles city. actually I send 2 boxes but the 1st that arrived was the one got stolen. Few days the 2nd box arrived and my sister talked to them regarding the stolen merchandise. The driver didn't say anything. I just want to bring this to ur attention. Thank you ?

My air cargo.. Since july25 until now still unknown status..
My aircargo is still unknown status.. When e track still in malaysia. When I call lnc hotline they always say still waiting for the status.. Its been more than two months already still they cant gave us a concrete update where is our items.
Stolen items. Disgusting courier
We have been receiving balikbayan boxes ever since I can remember. Countless packages that brought us joy and makes us feel like christmas! Today we received 4packages and upon opening it the contents of the box seems like a trash can! All sealed boxes were opened. Clearly SOMEONE DID SOME SHOPPING AND STOLE SOME VALUABLE ITEMS FROM OUR BOX. From toothpaste to canned goods! Brand new nike shoes and other branded clothes. GONE. ALL GONE.

I have contacted Customer Service/ Went to my nearest branch/ installed LBC App but all of these requests did not make any good or movement to my request, all is pending on tracking my package after one week. There is no progress, I am trying to keep up with my deadlines but I won't be able to have it refunded from Lazada. Doing business with you is the worst decision I have ever taken, That is why maybe Lazada did not include you as partners anymore. Bulok!

We don't know any ROCHELL MONTEROLA. Those are very important documents. I am checking with the recipient and he did not receive anything. The landlady does not know the person who received the documents either.

Bad service
It's been 79 days since the pickup of my box until now d pa nadeliver sa bahay. Never na ako papadala ulit sa LBC napkatagal at Wala kang number na matatawagan. August 13 pa dumating sa Gensan box ko hanggang ngayun d pa nadedeliver.
Balikbayan box shipment to Philippines
[protected], box picked up June 2020, arrived LBC Manila Warehouse 11 September, followed up with LBC customer service and was informed that box was forwarded to Balayan Batangas Team 13 September. Until now my family has not received the box. Delivery is Nasugbu, Batangas. All I hear is "follow-up escalated and requested to expedite" from the date the shipment was at Customs Processing (9 September)

Delivery Delay
Shipped out the package 9 days ago and the package still hasn't arrived to the recipient. The new lead times were VERY CLEAR that the package would be in for pickup in 5-7 days. It is almost 10 days since and still, no updates on where the package is or when it is arriving. The package is a very expensive camera lens, and if it is delayed I am afraid that the team might break it or misplace it. The team in question is in Cebu. The package needs to be shipped IN CEBU. I don't get the delays with the delivery when the package is already where it is supposed to be. AND it's not as if I'm from northern luzon. I am quite literally from the same region where it was supposed to be shipped. The initial ship times were supposed to only take us 2 days. This is detrimental to the business I am running. EVERY DAY I miss is every day I am losing money. FIX THIS.

Nagpadala ang aunty ko sa LBC Marigondon Cebu noong sept 6, 2021 bound to Mauban Quezon, ang sabi nyo 2-5 days bago makarating, bakit hanggang ngaun wla pa rin sa akin ung parcel, kelangan kelangan ko n sya dahil mahalaga ang dokumentong un. Sana hindi nyo lang tinanggap kung hind nyo pala kayang icompromise ang time period n binibigay nyo, nakakasira kayo ng plano, sana sa iba ko n lang pinadala... Grabe kayo LBC.
