disrespectful lbc staff who shouted at me
It was 11am of june 11, 2019 and I was about to pay my nbi clearance at lbc, robinson's spark place p tuazon cubao branch and there was one male staff. I kindly asked if I could pay for my nbi clearance and he gave me a form to fill up without giving instructions. I filled up the form the best that I can with the reference number, amount to be paid and date. I handed out the form to the staff and he pushed the paper back to me saying in a condescending way "lagay mo ang name and address", I wondered and asked him "name ko or name ng nbi and address kung saan ang appointment?" and he said in an irritable and condescending way "yung inaapplyan mo! Ayan oh! Kaya nga may given name, surname". At this point my blood was already boiling becauase his body language and tone has been very rude and unaccommodating since the moment I entered the lbc branch. I handed out the form to him and he accommodated the person next to me. He skipped me to accommodate the next person. I don't know if this action was just to annoy the crap out of me but I blurted out
Me: bakit di mo pa pinapunch yung akin?
Staff: eh kasi may ieenter pa jan
Me: bakit inuuna mo and next person eh diba may pila
Staff: kaya nga sabi ko sayo umupo ka muna
Me: alam mo kanina ka pa bastos eh
Staff: paano ako naging bastos?
Me: the way you talked to me earlier was very condescending! The way na sabihin mo na ayan oh ilagay mo jan name mo. Kaya nga may given name surname jan! You were so rude!
Staff: anong rude don? Problema sainyo di kayo tumatanggap ng pagkakamali
Me: tumatanggap ako ng pagkakamali ko but the way you said it was very rude. Ang bastos ng tono mo and you were very irritable!
(there was more heated discussion but this was the gist)
I was in such a hurry because I have appointment within 45 mins. So I had to leave since I was wasting my time on someone who doesn't understand proper decorum and customer service. He does not have the communication skills needed for someone who would have to deal with customers. I ended up going to ali mall western union to pay.

Went to SM CITY CLARK at around 8:35PM to pick up my package. The staff told me that I could not get my package since it was already their cut off. As far as i know, the should've accommodated me since i am just there to pick up my package. The staff went on telling me that HE cannot accommodate me anymore since they were already printing their report. It was only 8: 35PM and they were already printing their report for the day, the mall closes at 9PM. I went there for nothing!
bulacan team use your common sense what is the purpose of the contact number of the recipient of the important documents!

The files from the place of origin deliver to the recipient is urgent and the recipient is always monitoring us of the status of that document informing us why the important files/documents is not yet received and stated in your track and trace log 2019 june 4 and june 5 "house was closed and no one was there. Lbc will deliver the next business day."
Excuse me! Use your your common sense what is the use of the contact number of the recipient! You are causing a delay to an urgent matter our recipient always asking why does he not still recieved the important files/documents at that date mentioned above because he is just in his residence. Your delivery person is unreliable and incompetent or is lazy.
Shame to that courier personnel assigned! Bad karma to him! And note that this will have impact in yer reputation if you do not improve your man power's reliability and competency everything now is digital and easy to find ways with a palm of your hands...
disrespectful agent
Around 7 o' clock in the evening, SM NRS01 Branch. I am a 2mos pregnant and I asked the Male Agent kindly if he can put me in the priority lane because I am not feeling well and I am 2 weeks pregnant. Also asked him kindly if he can give it to my cousin so I can go to the car and just wait there. He gave me a smirk and said "Yes Ma'am! I didn't recognize you are pregnant but we can put you next." I left and he said, "Let's do this first, she might give birth waiting here". Just to my dismay how he discriminated my situation and be disrespectful towards a pregnant woman asking kindly for a favor. I'm always using LBC with all my transactions especially sending Balik Bayan Box from the US. This is my first pregnancy and I am expecting respect from a #1 company I am relying on with shipping needs, but this time that Male Agent in the above mentioned branch just disappointed me.

Package mishandled. Before sending and received item pictures uploaded. I sent flower arrangement to my friend last May.
Items were sent May 28 and received by May 31. I would understand if the flowers a bit withered but the way it was received looks horrifying only 5 flowers and the fillers were placed in one side. Totally different arrangement. I don't know if it was opened or what happened during the shipping.

Now my package was rerouted from Cabanatuan City to Manila Hangar. It has been there for 2 months already. When I went back to follow up, I requested it to be sent back to original location (Olongapo City). Up to now nothing happened and it has not moved from Manila Hangar. We would like to file a complain to a certain LBC delivery man assigned to deliver our parcel..Named "sonny" with a mobile number 09550637388 location is koronadal city south cotabato..Sinubukan po namin ng maraming beses e contact yung mobile number niya para e deliver yung parcel namin but refuse to answer our call..We tried to send him a message also for so many times asking to confirm the delivery of our parcel pero NEVER po sumagot lang man..Hanggang we decide na kukunin na lang sa office nila yung parcel & instead humingi ng paumanhin sumasagot pa ng pabalang..And refuse to give his exact name to us for us to file a complain to LBC management..

How did it go did you get it back? We have the same case I sent an Iphone 6s but the tracker says it was delivered and received by person I sent it to but he said he didnt received anything yet. HE Didnt even get a text or call from Lbc that they are delivering the item and yet on their status it was claimed last tuesday.So stressful.

I don't even know him nor authorize any person to receive it and I asked the guard of my building he says there's no any guard named MAGAYES duty today. Tracking number [protected]. I am not sure where the gap but I am totally dismayed by how the driver handled my shipment. It seems there was timely update on my shipment online, but there is NO ATTEMPT to contact me as receiver. He only contacted me after I called the customer care hotline routed to SM Cebu branch to follow up the status of my shipment. The driver was unprofessional and arrogant. Attached photo for reference. This is the 1st time I am having issue with my delivery with LBC. And, to be told that nobody knows me in my address - to where I reside for the past 34 years, is a lame excuse! Do your job well Mr driver! LBC deserves dedicated and professional drivers.
As of today, I am still waiting for my shipment. Please provide update on my concern and hoping this issue will be addressed.

Package is out for delivery at 11am but until now, 6:17pm I haven't received it. The worst thing is I am currently here in the delivery hub but the delivery man is still out and the management cannot contact him. I really need the package today because we will be traveling tomorrow morning just to send that invitations (package). I chose LBC courier for it to be delivered in time but I'm so disappointed. perishable package not showing on their tracker online
My mom sent a food package yesterday between 12-1 PM. I had it tagged as perishable so the courier will know that its an urgent delivery.
FIRST, I'm just wondering why the tracking number is not showing online as of today JUNE 4, 2019 9:00 AM.
SECOND, earlier today my mum check it at their office and the staff told her that the food will arrive the next day! it's a "pick up package" so why will it take 2 working days to arrive on the designated hub?!
THIRD, I'm disappointed by the fact that their customer care email address doesn't really respond to my queries.
