My package arrived in Bacolod City and supposedly be delivered by Monday, however, it was not delivered, It's so frustrating that I paid it as a rush delivery but the delivery took as a regular delivery days due to the lack of communication of the driver. The receiver clearly texted him to leave it on the guard's post but he did not and he never contacted neither of the sender or receiver, the deliveryman just left us hanging with no updates. By wednesday, The sender called the number of the deliveryman several times and texted him, it was only in the afternoon that I received his reply that he left the package in their office because the guard did not know me when he attempted to deliver the package (last monday). The thing is, the tracker says that it will attempt to deliver again on wednesday for the 3rd time (3rd day) so why would he leave it on the office if not negligence? The package contains important documents that should be signed that's why I choose rush delivery. If he only communicated with us, the delivery would be faster. But here's another thing that pissed me off, he said that he can only deliver it tomorrow (thursday) since he left the package to their office, the tracker clearly stated that it would be deliver again (wednesday). I don't like this inconvenience when I even paid it rush. Kindly orient your logistics that communication is important and that they should follow the instructions. I always use LBC for delivery but this is the first time that I experienced this.
