174223955525 this is the tracking number of my parcel and it has been a wee since the parcel was shipped out and until now its not yet delivered and the customer service is the worst everything is bot you can't talk to a real person. I want to cancel and but i can't cause the seller won't refund it. So please take action on this review lbc

it was shipped out friday last week 6/5/2026 and the last update from the website was on 6/8/2026 and until now it's no longer moving.

I went to lbc office they ask for my tracking number and ask for my mobile number but nothing happen.

I even messaged them on facebook but it autoreply its bot i called them on their phone number but it's bot too. It would be better if they have a live representative that will cater my concern. I even commented all theif facebook page just to follow up but it doesn't help cause again it bot.

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND AND AN APOLOGY FROM THE LBC AND RESPONSE HAVE IT DELIVERED TODAY OR AT LEAST TOMORROW.
