I made a purchase that never arrived, but they did refund the cost. Since then I have unsubscribed numerous times from their emails to no avail. I contacted them directly about removing my email address from their system and they told me to just keep trying. Doesn't this break the anti-spam laws?

I have unsubscribed twice via their site but they keep emailing. Needs to be stopped!

I have the same issue. I never bought anything from lightinthebox and now they spam my mail. I cannot unsibscribe! Such a practice is 100 procent against multiple european laws!

I Have unsubscribed about 10 times. Still the emails keep coming daily. GRRRRRR!

It’s ridiculous that an online retail does not offer an unsubscribe option! It should be against the law to keep sending unwanted emails!
