With only 39 houes on the machine, (and usually after an hour or two of mowing), the engine boggs down and almost stalls, so you have to dis-engage the PTO to let the engine catch up, to continue mowing. Even then, the tractor wants to stall (and sometimes does) when you re-e gauge the PTO. This happened last season as well (1st season with new machine), so I took it to the dealer we bought it from a few weeks ago because its still doing it. In the end, they charged me $157 with tx to do diagnostics and determined nothing is wrong with the machine. In their defense, I don't think they ran it long enough to witnees the issue. That said, I picked it up and mowed this past weekend. About 2 hours into mowing, the same issue occurred. I called the dealer today to make them aware, and they said they'd look at it, but I don't want to pay another $150/HR after hauling another 87 miles one way, and then hearing nothing is wrong just because they don't run the machine long enough to see it happen. Absolutely ridiculous. Rep said they cant afford to let a guy mow for 2 hours just to hopefully see the issue. I get that, but I take very good care of my equipment and store it inside year-round. Unless this gets resolved, this is the last JD product I will ever purchase after having several others. Dealer also said if I take video showing issues and bring it in, it does him no good, so what options do I have as the buyer, when a brand-new (2022) machine with a factory issue is not covered under warranty? I'm not a mechanic, but it seems like a fuel pump issue to me.

Desired outcome: 1- Please fix the machine, and 2) do it under warranty. A top-of-the-line $14k diesel tractor should not be stalling/bogging down when you engage the PTO.
