Loomis Express review: Shipment took very longtime and project delay impact

We ordered three pieces of materials from Richelieu (St-Laurent). Out of the three pieces, two were delivered on time by Loomis Express. However, one shipment contained the remain materials has still not been received.

According, to Loomis Express, the delivery was scheduled for April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM. just received today, April 30, 2026 at 1:52 PM.

We have contacted Loomis Express multiple times; however, they have been unable to provide the driver’s location and continue to give uncertain delivery commitments. The tracking system has also shown the shipment as “almost there” since April 29, 2026.

This delay is unacceptable and has directly impacted our project schedule. As a result, our client has imposed huge penalties due to the delay in handing over the project.

Recommendation: Not to consider purchasing from this company and not to use this Loomis express shipment
