Lowe's Employee

I asked an employee where is the grip tape and he pointed meh to an employee named Sal. Sal tjen pionted to end of the store and said " Its down there some [censored]ing where thats not my job i dont work in that section." I said "excuss me what did u say." And he said "U [censored]ing heard me". I reported it to the store manager but she left believing nothing is going to happen.

Lowe's Pella Windows

Most recently we opted to purchase Pella windows from our Lowes in Palm Coast, Fl on November 1st, 2020. During our meeting at home with the Lowes Pella representative we were advised that the windows would be arriving late December or first week of January 2021. The sales representative never advised us of the dust/debris that would consume our home during the installation. We advised the representative that we have a security alarm system wired in each window and were told that it would not be a problem for the installers. Based on that information we decided to sign the contract and pay up front for the windows. We patiently waited for a call advising us when the windows would arrive and be delivered and installed. That call never came after December had passed and we were into the second week of January. After leaving a message we finally got a call from our sales representative that the windows would be delayed and could not give us a actual arrival time. Again, after several calls we were again advised the windows had not arrived. After attempting to contact our sales representative to determine the actual arrival date, we were finally directed to a Contract Coordinator out of the South Carolina office who was most cooperative and helpful during our 5 month fiasco. The explanation given for the lengthy delay was due to the silicone shortage.
On February 18th, 2021, the windows finally arrived, and we were advised to contact the installers for an install date. We were advised that since the company was busy the installation date would be February 22nd, 2021.
After the windows were installed, three windows were found to be defective and would have to be replaced. This prompted a visit from the sales rep. and the Pella representative. They agreed to the replacements. On May 19, 2021, the three windows finally arrived and were delivered. The windows were installed a two weeks later. Unfortunately the mull bar covers were missing and the installation company had to use a substitute.
Since we had a wired security alarm system, we notified our security alarm company to re attach the sensors. We were advised that out of our 13 windows, only seven windows had the wires exposed, the other six were either cut short and not exposed at all. This required my system to be converted to wireless at the cost of over $ 900.00, invoice enclosed. We had to have our home cleaned with the amount of dust and debris on all of our furniture and floors. We had to have our pest control company spray for insects since the invasion of flying insects during the installation.
In closing, I have discussed this with the contract coordinator and was advised he would discuss this with his immediate manager. I also followed up with an email based on our conversation on June 10th, after several messages on his personal line and three email requests as of the date of this complaint we have not had any response to our request.

Desired outcome: $ 2,500 store credit

Lowe's Carpet Install

carpet delivered 4/29 and waited for Stainmaster Berber expert to installed 5/24 called during job as it was being installed wrong(expert?)found out its his first job at legacy. told just make a note of it. Lowes should fire Legacy for our carpet installation issues. Legacy has done everything not to take responsibility for its horrible work. called for a week demanded someone look at this job, guy shows up 5/29 sat night 5:30 to fix said cant, need new carpet, and tack asked for our money back 6/1 Legacy and Lowes ask us to look at different carpet easier to install they wanted to send the same guy really...now your just FFing with me. but then told 6/13 cant get carpet till july delay, delay, BS just give use a our money back. No return calls from Caroline, Vince, Cherri, or Legacy Corp. over the month, John Eason calls 6/19 after contacting Lowes Corp Office, but failed to show up 6/21 sent new guy to look . have ask for my money back 5 times delay, delay, BS. wish i could post pictures. Tack 3 wide in doorways, and along walls, with nails poking up, 4in away from base boards .seams issues, spill proof underlayment not taped at the seams with water proof tape as printed on the Stainmaster pad, and some has no plastic spill barrier on it. pattern issues do not line up. report written 6/21 but as a customer i cant see it...more BS.. when and if ever this is resolved i will up date this post... Lowes, Legacy and Stainmaster read all the BBB, Yelp, and other complaints.. whish i had, , , Long time Lowes Business customer.

Lowe's customer service

there is none in the Hinesville GA store. Hang up if you call to talk to manager, ignore you if you need assistance, ignore you if you are trying to pickup online order, basically it seems if you are shopping there you are bothering the workers by making them have to do their job and they will make you suffer for it. Go to Savannah- Abercorn Lowes if you want to know what it feels like to shop at a store that cares. There is a Home Depot next to them so they have to do their job!

Lowe's Wood fence installed

Started with a estimate at my home Saleperson (Kyle Davis) [protected]. I was told in the beginning a dedicated project staff will be in contact with me every step of the way. FIRST LIE! week after being given an estimate of $5007.60, I then received a call from Kyle saying that in would be installed sooner than told so a date was scheduled it didnt happen because the supplies were not delivered so it was pushed up. I found out that there was no communication between Kyle the salesman, the installer or the store for the supplies. No one on the same page. Then some how a female stating she was the office manager at the installer and everything went thru her first I didnt hire her or her company I hired Lowes. I also had a very difficult time understanding her. was not fluent with English something I should not have to endure. The next encounter was with lowes calling to verify the date they needed to bring the supplies. From the info I was given it was to delivered that Sunday because they were coming to install that Monday they delivered placing it on my driveway causing to only have access to half the driveway. ok monday comes and I am at work get a phone call from Kyle stating a misstake was made by him it was not to be installed until the next following monday about two weeks later. Now the supplies are on my driveway un protected form the elements. ok they finally show up I am at work wastold I didnt need to be on scene. Came home for lunch to find 3 people in my yard no type of ID to let me know who they were no id on the vehicle. ok fast forward theyhad finish it takes another week before I can fully inspect the work. the first thing out of my mouth was oh god what a mess. Most of the panels were warped the nails that were suppose to have been nailed into the post behind them were sticking out beside the ones that hit the target had busted the poles they hit the edge causing a crack or cracks. there were nails left uninstalled just sticking out. The string used to measure was left hanging between the panels. ok I contacted the store I was told they didnt handle this matter that I was to contact Lowes Central Production Office a Nino Jones [protected], they told me that the installer would come an walk off all my concerns. This female showes up with another young man that she gave orders to constantly. We started to walk off my concerns and everytime I stated one she would say it was the material, I told her not only was the material faulty the workmanship was very inadequate. The panels all have very bad spots of decaying wood the nails were driven badly. some even left not nailed in just sticking out. I am requesting a LOWES REPRESENTIVE COME TO MY HOME AND INSPECT THE JOB. I AM ALSO REQUESTING A PHONE CALL FROM CORPERATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAD BEEN CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE JOB AND IT HAD NOT ENEN BEEN DONE OR STATED BUT A PAYMENT WAS BEING REQUESTED

Lowe's Gift Card Pu hase

I tried to buy gift cards over weekend for fathers day, and it was rejected! called support, she could not understand why and create a ticked. I then tired to use another Credit Card. The same thing happend and the purchase was denied! Both cards are daily use and no issue. So i got no calls from CS. I called again and i was told the same story.

Lowe's Window Installation

Bought Hurricane Windows from Lowe's in Jan 2021. Had them installed on March 20, 2021. One of the windows had a crack in it. These windows are guaranteed for life. The installer said he would get in contact with Lowe's and have a new one ordered. New Window arrived on May 2, 2021. It is now June 21, 2021 I have spoken to a least 6 different customer service reps in the Lowe's installation dept. I am told they are waiting for safety clips to come in to do the install. then I am told the clips are in but not in the system. that they would be put in the system and I will be contacted with a date to replace the cracked window. I am told they will send me an email to confirm as much or call me with the info. so far I just keep getting a run around. No one of the 6 or 7 Customer reps I spoke to ever called me or emailed me with any info. I even spoke to Lowe's contractor several times about an installation date. told no installation until Lowe's gives the ok. I would not recommend Lowe's to my worst enemy. Their installation customer service dept is pathetic

Lowe's Appliances

Lowes charged my credit card 3 times for the same order. There was a separate charge for installation of a microwave, which they subsequently called and said they couldn't install the day the product was being delivered, but the charge was never reversed. The refrigerator was scratched (noted on the delivery ticket) and the dishwasher wouldn't fit (due to inaccurate specs on the website and noted on the delivery ticket) but neither was credited to my account. The store won't communicate and the customer "care" line put me on hold for 1:30 before disconnecting.

Desired outcome: Credit for fake charges and damaged/defective merchandise.

Lowe's Custom service department

My husband Kevin McClure passed on March 26, 2021. I found a In-Store Credit. I tried to use the card at Lowe's Troutdale store and the Lowe's cashiers associate refused to let me use the card. She referred me to the Customer Service Desk and they said that I would have to call the number on the back of the card. I called [protected] says he couldn't help me and transferred me to the Customer Service Department which I have been on hold for 25 minutes and still waiting

Lowe's Delivery Services - June 16, 2021

My floors were scratched up
The delivery staff got upset at me saying anything and then decided to leave my washer and dryer in the middle of the floor. WORSE is that I cannot close my door, nor can I access my sick. I practically begged them not to do that.

The guys left, I called the manager, the manager almost dismissed me as if I did not spend thousands of dollars on my floors and would recognize if they were scratched. The insult is I was letting it go and asked the guys to just see if it could be rubbed out, but it could not it was actually groves and scratching in multiple places.

The manager said he was sending someone and they never did. The items are still sitting in front of my door way.

Desired outcome: I want my floor repaired. I also want the manager talked to as he left the items in the middle of my floor and never called back, never followed up, in fact just dismissed it. I just spent $2000 at your store to only be treated like this

Purchased new from Lowes, Apache Junction, AS store on May 27, 2021. We had no idea this machine had no "permanent press" cycle or even the equivalent cycles to simulate a permanent press wash. I wear police slacks, and our 12 year old Whirlpool washer we just retired still had a PP cycle that worked, and allowed these slacks to be washed, promptly...

Lowe's ordered appliances have gone missing

Dear Lowes,
On 4/22/21 we ordered nearly $2000 in appliances. It is now nearly 2 months later and the appliances have "gone missing", that's your problem not mine.
I had to cancel the remodel, refund us our money. You were quick to take the money and run. you never came through with the product, return our hard earned money. Order number [protected], 36 inch range & 36 inch hood. Customer "care" has wasted far too much of our valuable time with this problem. Our next step is contacting the state of FL AG's office.

Lowe's Pro Desk Business/Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusted at how incompetent employees of Lowe's are. I am referring to the location on 2nd Ave of Brooklyn, NY
Originally, while at this store, I ordered and paid for the decking material that was scheduled to be delivered within a few days. No one contacted prior to the deliver date as promised and the day of the delivery, I received a call at 6:20AM stating that my decking material was accidently sold to someone else and I will receive a refund. I requested the store to assist me in finding this decking material from other stores, but was denied this request. I finally purchased the new decking material. The first delivery was no show and the second delivery, I had to be back and forth with the delivery department until someone figured out how to deliver the purchase.
A few days later I went to this store to purchase something else and it was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. And of course, the delivery never happened. I went to the store and was told that my deliver was rescheduled for the following day and lied to me and showed me the notes indicating that I was called about this, but I hang up on a person that called. I showed the store manager my phone and there was no call from anyone at Lowe's. Then, no one helped me pull the order out of the backroom, because I asked my contractor to rent a truck and come get the roofing material.
As a result, I paid my contractors twice for not working since my delivers were not made, paid for the truck rental, have to redo the entire celling in my bedroom. My contractor could not finish the roof on Sunday and it rained all day on Monday. While we covered the roof as much as possible, the water leaked though the bedroom ceiling.

Desired outcome: partial refund for the roofing material since I wasted so much money due to incompetency of this store

Lowe's Service

As a contractor, I used to shop more at Lowe's until Lowe's stop giving me refunds or exchanges on merchandise that had been purchased but didn't have a receipt for. These were cash purchases.
Since I was blocked by you all, my first preference is to shop your competitors because I have no problem with refunds or store credit with them.
I want to know if Lowe's cares to resolve this issue with me.
