I am conservator for my father and sent in conservatorship papers to Marcus in June, 2025. I tried to reach out to them in Dec, 2025 as I hadn't gotten statements yet. I was informed that their legal team has the paperwork, but hasn't reviewed it. I was hung up on 2x in the process. I was told to resend in paperwork which I did in Jan, 2026. I've tried to transfer the account in May, 2026, but was informed that Marcus would not transfer the account. I called again and spoke with several representatives (Essex, Ty, and Marcus...they would not give last names). After being hung up on again I was told they need to escalate the request to Legal to review the Conservatorship papers again. They confirmed the received the paperwork. I was told they would call me in 7-10 business days after Legal reviews the paperwork. As I recall from last December, they said I would get a call if there are any issues. That never happened. Given this has been going on for over a year now, I thought I would raise it to the public's attention.

Desired outcome: Be added to the account as Conservator and then transfer the assets to another broker.
