We bought the above listed Mattress on 03/03/2020 from the store at
9410 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23294 from Salesman named
Neil. The very next morning 03/04/2020 I called to cancel the order and request my money back.. Talked to a lady named Jessica..I called again on 03/27/2020 didnt get the lady's name She assured me it would be taken care of immediately.. Needless to say nothing has been done. total $857.38
charged to my Debit Card.
If this is not taken care of immediately I will turn it over to the Better Business Bureau and TV Channel #12 NBC
