I've used mavis (formerly kauffman tires) for many years, I like to have my cars serviced only by only one company that way I can build relationship with the personnel and also, I tend to be devoted to the company as far as care on my car(s)
This is the second time i've had issues with this location, still, I was willing to give them one more chance even though the first time they not only damaged one of the tire nut when they took it off and tried to blame another mavis location for it (before I left their location, the technician wanted to give me the broken nut in a ziplock bag)
How could the other location brake it if your location had the piece?
This week I made an 8:00am appt for oil change, at 9:25 I noticed they were just taking my car in the back for service, I told the manager I have a 10:00am dr appt which I can't miss, he very rudely told me to take the car then because he doesn't have enough time to perform the service. Reason being "I had only one technician in the shop until now" this is what I call very poor management work!
I will never go to any mavis locations, the rudeness is beyond comprehension and customer service has absolutely gone away when kauffman tired was bought by mavis.
I will file a complaint with bbb (in order to do that, I needed to file a complaint with the company first) and also, I will makes sure that I will use all the social media to make sure no other consumer gets treated as I was!
