On 9th May I returned from Istanbul to London after 2 weeks there. At
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) I bought your Sky High mascara as I had tried it in London and found it very good. About a week later my old Sky High had finished so I threw it away and opened the new one. I then thought I had thrown away the good one by mistake as this one appeared as if it was almost finished. I checked the bin, then realised I still had some of the cellophane packaging left on the new one - so there was no mistake. I found this strange but I am very disappointed of course. I now need to buy one again!

Desired outcome: A replacement at the very least. Black.
