Media review: Warranty repair not being honored

Purchased washer machine on 3/3/2026 stoped working on 5/24/2026 contacted Media company was given a case number [protected] a week went passed before I received a call and was told I need to upload a video of the lights on the machine .. I told him that I didn't have a phone that can do i have a land line phone that I am a senior citizen so I asked my neighbor to take pictures on his flip phone the pictures are clear and you can see the lights on the machine so I called the company again to day and asked when will I get a repair man out. And was told repairs was canceled because I didn't upload a video I explained again that I have no way of making a video
