Subscriber Beware !
I signed up and cancelled in 48 hours, as I was unable to sign in. I sent 4 cancellations in within 4 days, with their responses that I could cancel, and on day 7, I was told my cancellation was not within 7 days for a refund.
I sent copies of the emails and their verification for cancellation within less than 7 days, but no refund.
Beware that once you give them money, you are on your own, should you have any issues.
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I am also having the same issue. I cancelled my account 12 days in advance of the next payment date. Even though they cancelled my account they still took £49.99 from my account for June. All ive had so far is delay tactics asking me if i've received their offer. Whatever their offer was, i haven't see it nor do i want to. I've advised them that if i don't get a refund i will raise a complaint with my bank and get the money refunded back to me that way ! Julie
