Meijer review: Pharmacy

I have been prescribed Adderall for over 20 years. I have been prescribed to take Adderall 30 mg XR (Extended Release) + Adderall 10 mg XR (Extended Release) = 40 mg of Adderall XR daily in the MORNING and Adderall 15 mg IR (Immediate Release) in the AFTERNOON. It is very important that I take the proper dose every day in order to function normally within society. About 6 months ago I had my doctor stop prescribing me my afternoon dose because I am unemployed. It makes no sense to continue with it until I plan to go back to work. Since then, I have been having issues filling my prescription. They continue to give me the afternoon Adderall15 mg IR instead of the Adderall 10 mg XR. I have communicated with the manager at the pharmacy. I have contacted my doctor, and she continues to tell me that it's the pharmacy, not her. I can't deal with anyone at this pharmacy anymore they cause me nothing but stress and anxiety! I NEED TO GET THIS SORTED OUT or I'm going back to WALGREENS! Thank you for your time and I hope you get it figured out before I fill my next prescription.

Furthermore, I noticed 2 months ago, my medication was tampered with and a substance inside the capsule was not the same beads that are ALWAYS in the capsules. I am not sure how many I have taken due to that being the second to last pill I had in the bottle. There could be someone stealing controlled substances from your facility and THAT IS NOT OK!
