On May 29, 2026, I had a video call with Mostbet verification team. I passed it. I submitted ALL documents they asked for — passport, bank statement, photo of my payment card (even with faded numbers).
During that video call, their agent told me: "We will review your account within 14 days."
Now, 14 days have passed. My account is STILL frozen. My money is locked. Support ignores me or sends generic replies.
Today I received an email from Mostbet Security Service saying verification takes "60 days" and they can extend it even more.
