my life charged me for a whole year of there on line service reunion i wanted one month they have charged me $119.40 I want this money back on my credit card you were only sapposed to charge @12.00 i want to cancel the whole year it does not give me any thing I want my money refunded

Signed up for 3 months only. Company billed and additional 6 months $77.70 without authorazation. Rippoff company be careful.

I checked my account and noticed that 119 dollars had been taken out for my life. I did not authorize it. I would like the money put back in today.

I signed up for a free search and they provided small bits of information about the person I was looking for. When I signed up and paid for one month they charged my credit card $155.00 for 12 months. When I went to look for my friend, their file showed no listings. I called to inquire about the $155.00 charge and was told they bill for the whole year. They would not let me talk to a supervisor and gave me the run around.. Total SCAM. Stay away from this Company. RIP OFF ARTIST. I was on for less than 2 hours and they refused to refund my account.

I ordered a subscription from this company online, and canceled within the two week period. I have consistently been charged the $17.95 a month since December despite numerous calls to cancel the service. All they would refund was 6 months.

I had exactly the same problem. A supposed trial that has cost me £76 a month for several months now. It's disgraceful.
